We want Coventry to be the best place in the UK for children and young people to live and grow up in

Child Friendly Cov is a campaign to ensure that Coventry is a child and young person friendly city - a place where children and young people feel valued, supported and enjoy themselves.

Together, with children and young people, we have identified key themes as our priorities for how to make Coventry a child friendly city.

In order to make Coventry a city which is child and young people friendly, we need to work together always keeping children and young people at the heart of what we do as a whole city.

Ready to help us to take the next step?

We want to hear what being valued, feeling healthy, having opportunities and feeling safe means for the children and young people of Coventry.

We would like children, young people, parents, carers, and schools across Coventry to get in touch, so that we can hear the voices of as many children and young people as possible, in order to help us to continue to shape Child Friendly Cov at this early stage.

“We are ambitious for Coventry to be the best city in the UK for children to grow up in. Child Friendly Cov aims to deliver a child and young person friendly city, ensuring that Coventry is a place where children and young people are valued, supported, and enjoy themselves.”

— Councillor Patricia Seaman, Cabinet Member for Children and Young People
